    • Coffee: 16g

    • Grind: Medium / Medium-Fine

    • Water: 250g

    • Water temp: Depending on coffee roast level

    • AeroPress Set-Up: Inverted

    • 1st Pour: Pour 40g water to bloom

    • Swirl

    • Start timer, wait 30 seconds

    • 2nd Pour: Pour remaining 210g in one go

    • Stir back and forth carefully (may overflow)

    • Re-start timer, wait 1:30 minutes

    • Place filter and basket and invert over mug

    • Press slowly using the weight of your elbow and opposite hand forearm (about 30-45 sec), stop when hissing starts
